Lori Stephan

Lori Stephan has a diverse work experience in various engineering and environmental roles. Lori started their career in 2000 as an Environmental Engineer at Stanley Associates, where they ensured compliance with federal regulations for AMCOM installations. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as an EHS Advisor at US Compliance Corporation, providing compliance services and conducting inspections and training. Lori then joined Delta Consultants as a Project Scientist, specializing in EHS compliance outsourcing services and performing environmental audits and research tasks. From 2007 to 2015, Lori worked as an Environmental, Safety, and Emergency Management Engineer at Federal Premium Ammunition and Vista Outdoor Inc., where they managed compliance with environmental regulations and facilitated meetings on wastewater treatment. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Safety Specialist at Creganna Medical before joining Millennium Engineering and Integration as a Flight Test Engineer and Contract Project Lead. In this role, they provide mission management support and technical assistance for missile defense flight tests. Overall, Lori's work experience spans a wide range of engineering and environmental responsibilities in both government and private sectors.

Lori Stephan obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from Samford University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Marine Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 1994 and 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Lori has also obtained certain certifications. Lori received an Aegis Combat System Certification from the University of Alabama at Huntsville in June 2019. Lori also holds an Emergency Management Certification from the MN Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management, which they obtained in December 2012. Additionally, Lori holds an FAA Flight Certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
