Roberto Vazquez began their work experience as an Intelligence Officer in the US Air Force Reserves in January 1993. Roberto held this role until October 2001. From October 1995 to October 2001, they worked as a Program Manager at TYBRIN Corp. Following this, they served as the Detachment Chief at Airborne Linguist Detachment from October 2001 to July 2003. In July 2003, Vazquez became a Program Manager at HQ USSOUTHCOM, where they managed the Airborne Linguist Program and coordinated counter-narcoterrorism operations and strategy. Roberto held this position until January 2011. Subsequently, they joined ManTech as a Sr Intelligence Engagements Analyst, where they planned and conducted security cooperation initiatives for the Intelligence Directorate. Starting in June 2012, Vazquez worked as the CN Operations Officer at Millennium Engineering and Integration.
Roberto Vazquez pursued higher education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from The Citadel, which they attended from 1978 to 1982. Afterward, in 1992, Roberto went on to study at Troy University, where they completed a Master of Science degree in International Relations.
