Dawn MacKenzie

Dawn MacKenzie is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within global finance and human resources. As the Global Co-Head of HR Business Partners at Millennium since March 2022, Dawn previously held significant positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Head of Global FICC HR and SVP, Global HR Business Partner. Prior to that, Dawn served as Director and Senior HR Business Partner at RBS and gained foundational HR experience at AIG and Fremont Investment & Loan. Academically, Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Fordham University.
