Pranat Pathak

Pranat Pathak is Chief Information Officer, EMEA, and Global Head of Fixed Income, Commodities & Risk Technology and is responsible for leadership and oversight of the Firm’s European Information Technology function. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the technology strategy to support the Firm’s global Fixed Income and Commodities businesses as well as for Firm-wide Risk management.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2015, Pranat was at Citadel Investment Group with roles spanning across Technology and Trading teams within commodities and structured products. His last role was as the Chief Operating Officer of Citadel Technology, a separate business within Citadel to commercialize Citadel’s technology to external clients.

Pranat received a BEng from National institute of Technology, India. He received his MBA from The University of Maryland, College Park. He is also a CFA charterholder.
