Tracy Figliola

Tracy Figliola serves as the Head of Global HR Operation and Global Mobility & Immigration at Millennium since December 2021, where responsibilities include driving transformation in HR Operations and building a Global Mobility program to enhance talent attraction and retention. Prior to this role, Figliola held the position of Senior Director Global Mobility and Global HR Services at Equinix from October 2014 to December 2021, focusing on developing Global Mobility strategies and overseeing HR Shared Services. Figliola also contributed significantly at HSBC Holdings from 2000 to October 2014, serving as the Global Head of Global Mobility and leading change programs to enhance service efficiency. Educated at the University of London, Figliola possesses extensive experience in global HR and mobility management.
