Chris Waitkus

Chris Waitkus is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in spacecraft and mechanical design. Currently serving as Lead Spacecraft Harness Design Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, Chris previously held the position of Avionics Integration Engineer at Relativity Space, specializing in electrical harness design for the Terran 1 Rocket. Prior experience includes a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer role at Pratt & Whitney, focusing on commercial and military jet engine components, and an AME Equipment Engineer position at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Chris began a professional engineering career with a co-op at Bose Corporation and has been recognized with multiple awards for outstanding contributions in engineering. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
