Kyler Stephens

Kyler Stephens is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in spacecraft assembly, test, and launch operations, currently serving as the Lead Spacecraft Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kyler worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Baylor University while pursuing a master's degree in electrical engineering, focusing on semiconductor lasers research. Earlier experience includes a position as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at George Fox University, where research was conducted on photovoltaic system improvements in Peru, and multiple internships at NASA, where Kyler gained significant expertise in fiber optics and programming in C across several projects. Kyler holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Baylor University and an undergraduate degree from George Fox University.
