Joyce Hatcher, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Millennium Steel of Texas, LP, since September 2019, where responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff as well as overseeing departmental workflow. Previously, Joyce held various roles, including Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources & IT Manager at All American Oil & Gas, Inc., and multiple positions at the University of Phoenix, such as Student Services Coordinator and Academic Affairs Coordinator. Joyce’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, supplemented by studies at The University of Texas at Arlington.
