Samantha Rodriguez possesses extensive experience in the hospitality technology sector, currently serving as the Technical Support Manager and previously as a Business System Analyst at Millennium Technology Group since July 2000. In this role, Samantha manages support for various software applications, including PMS, POS, Document Management, and Salto Systems, among others. Prior to this, Samantha worked at Rosen Hotels & Resorts from 2000 to 2010, where responsibilities included coordinating group housing inquiries and reservations as the Group Housing Coordinator, along with assisting in front office operations as the Assistant Front Desk Manager.
