Tom Roberts

Tom Roberts has a strong background in the housing industry, with a focus on land acquisition and development. Tom began their career as a Land Buyer at Miller Homes in 2004 and worked their way up to Senior Land Manager before transitioning to Bellway Homes in 2010. At Bellway Homes, they continued to serve as a Senior Land Manager until 2013. Tom then joined Barratt Homes as a Senior Land Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Tom took on the role of Development Manager at Partner Construction LTD before moving to Balfour Beatty Investments as a Regional Director in 2015. Tom remained in this position until 2017 when they joined Miller Homes Ltd, first as a Land Director and later as a Regional Operations Director.

Tom Roberts completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Planning and Residential Development from Nottingham Trent University from 2000 to 2004. Tom later pursued a Master's degree in Property Investment and Management from the same university, which they completed from 2004 to 2006.
