James E. Gauding

James E. Gauding is an accomplished IT Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing IT operations across various environments. Currently serving at Miller Transfer since July 2016, James oversees IT operations at a corporate location and 18 remote sites. Prior to this role, James spent over 16 years at Thomas Steel as a Senior Network Engineer, focusing on voice and data networks and Unix administration in the IBM AIX environment. James began their career as a Network Engineer at Second National Bank, where responsibilities included managing a large Cisco WAN rollout for 28 branches, and as a Network Administrator at Trumbull Savings and Loan, overseeing networking for over 300 users across 7 branches. James holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Southern Ohio Business College and has a solid educational foundation from Rootstown High School.
