Tom Jennings has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Tom started as a Line Mechanic at a pharmaceutical company in 2000 and worked there until 2011. In 2013, they joined Rockford Construction as a Project Superintendent and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, Tom worked at Equity Construction Solutions, initially as a Project Superintendent and later as a Senior Superintendent. Tom then joined Flyway LLC in 2020 as a Senior Superintendent, before moving on to their current role as a Project Superintendent at Miller-Valentine Group in the same year.
Tom Jennings has a diverse education history. Tom attended the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University, where they studied Construction Engineering. Additionally, they pursued Pre-Law Studies and obtained an Associate's Degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Tom furthered their education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Divinity/Ministry from Trinity College of the Bible and Trinity Theological Seminary.
Alongside their formal education, Tom obtained several certifications. In October 2021, they completed the "Project Management Simplified" course offered by LinkedIn. Tom also obtained the "Asbestos Contractor Supervisor" certification from Reliable Environmental Solutions, Inc. in April 2015. Furthermore, they acquired the "MDEQ Construction Site Stormwater Operator" certification from the MI Department of Environmental Quality in July 2014.
