North America Wholesale Manager, Knoll Brand at MillerKnoll

Ayano Honda's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Consumer Assistant for the Vermont Attorney General, assisting consumers with business-related issues. In 2012, they also worked as an Off-Air Marketing & Promotions Intern for NBCUniversal, where they coordinated and planned Comic Con 2012 and provided administrative support for marketing operations.

In 2013, Ayano joined Knoll as a Freelancer, responsible for migrating press materials to a new Content Management System and assisting with web design and copy editing. Ayano was later promoted to a Sales Executive role, where they managed sales and customer service for all Knoll products, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely product delivery.

In 2016, Ayano was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager at Knoll, where they collaborated with different teams to implement changes and improve the customer purchase experience. Ayano also played a role in creating Knoll's first direct-to-consumer business in New York and Los Angeles.

Most recently, in 2022, Ayano joined MillerKnoll as the North America Wholesale Manager for the Knoll brand. In this role, they fostered relationships with wholesale partners, forecasted sales goals and metrics, tracked orders and shipments, reviewed pricing methods, scouted new accounts, and collaborated with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Throughout their work experience, Ayano has demonstrated their ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, use data to make informed decisions, and drive business growth.

Ayano Honda attended Laguardia High School from 2005 to 2009, where they focused on dance. Ayano then went on to study at the University of Vermont from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Communications.
