Domingo Hernandez-Gomez has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Domingo started their career as a Student and Family Advisor at Holland Public Schools in 2007 and later took on the role of Adult Education Supervisor. In 2012, they joined Grand Rapids Community College as the Associate Director of the College Success Center before becoming the Director of The Bob and Aleicia Woodrick Center for Equity and Inclusion. In 2019, they transitioned to being an Independent Consultant, focusing on Education and Community Development. Currently, they are working as the DEI Program Manager at MillerKnoll.
Domingo Hernandez-Gomez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, from 1998 to 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration degree at Grand Valley State University, specializing in Public and Nonprofit Administration, between 2005 and 2007.
