Jan M.

Jan M. has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Jan started their career as an Application Support Executive at Vedha Automations in 1994.

In 1996, they joined Aptech as a Systems Specialist & Training Manager, where they were responsible for organizing and delivering training programs, managing servers and applications, and troubleshooting network and desktop issues.

Jan then worked at the General Authority of Civil Aviation - Saudi Arabia as a Project Lead from 1998 to 2004. Jan led a team in developing software solutions for the Ministry of Defense, ensuring compliance with local laws and scalability across 26 airports in the country.

From 2004 to 2008, Jan worked as an Advanced Solutions Project Manager at B2ITS, where they managed ERP solution deployment, customer interactions, and post-sales support.

In 2008, they joined QSITGLOBAL as the Business and Operations Head for Microsoft products and services divisions. Jan also managed the IT services division and provided training and consulting on Service Management.

Jan then moved to Systems Valley in 2010, where they served as the Director of Operations until 2013.

Currently, they are the Director of Global Technology Services at MillerKnoll, a position they have held since 2013. In this role, they lead a team of over 200 professionals and has successfully delivered quality software products and services globally, while maintaining cost efficiencies through a captive center model.

Jan M. attended Bangalore University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Commerce and Business Management.
