Megan Lyon

Megan Lyon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Megan is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at MillerKnoll, a collective of dynamic brands that aims to design a more sustainable and equitable future. Prior to this, they served as the EVP, Chief Strategy Officer at Herman Miller. Megan's experience also includes being a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group, where they held various positions from Consultant to Principal. Megan has also worked as a Financial Analyst and Forecast Analyst at E & J Gallo Winery. In addition to their current role at MillerKnoll, Megan is a member of the Board of Directors at HAY and the Herman Miller Foundation.

Megan Lyon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. Megan also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
