Robin Payne

Robin Payne, CCP has a vast work experience in the field of compensation. Robin has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

At MillerKnoll, Robin worked as a Senior Manager Global Compensation starting in 2023.

Prior to that, at WestRock Company, they had a long tenure from 2001 to 2023. Robin'sroles included Senior Manager, Compensation; Compensation Manager; Compensation Consultant; Lead Global Compensation Analyst; and Senior Compensation Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for managing broad-based compensation programs, developing and implementing job architecture, budgeting, and system delivery. Additionally, they provided consultation on compensation practices, managed compensation programs, and addressed compensation issues.

Earlier in their career, Robin worked as an HR Analyst at Richmond Goodwill Industries from 1996 to 2001, and as an HR professional at Cumberland Childrens Hospital in 1994-1995.

Robin Payne, CCP received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology with a minor in Counseling from Old Dominion University, which was completed from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work in December 2006.
