Sarah Garcia-Martinez

Sarah Garcia-Martinez, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and health and safety coordination. Sarah is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at MillerKnoll since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Herman Miller for a decade, starting as a People Services Consultant in January 2012 and transitioning into various roles until April 2022. During their time at Cintas Corporation from 2005 to 2010, Sarah held the positions of Human Resource Manager/Health Safety and Environmental Coordinator and Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating safety programs, conducting safety training, implementing safety manuals, procedures, and audits.

Sarah Garcia-Martinez, PHR obtained their BBA degree in Human Resource Management from Davenport University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. In January 2013, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
