Victor Del Angel obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecmilenio, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications in various areas. Victor obtained a Lean Practitioner certification from the Institute of Industrial Engineers in 2011, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Celestica in the same year. In 2013, they completed training in Facilitation and Presentation Skills and GRACE Intentional Coaching from Quantum360. Victor also received an Instructors Training certification from Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social in 2013. In 2014, Victor obtained certifications in PTI (Plant to Implement) from Steelcase and DDI Essentials of Leadership from Development Dimensions International. Lastly, in 2017, they completed a Design Thinking Think 2.0 certification from Steelcase.
