Robert Hulet is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity valuation and business development. Currently serving as a Private Equity Valuation Consultant for numerous companies across North America since February 2011, Robert has consulted on budget analysis, management reporting, and strategic planning. As President of Business Valuation Solutions, LLC since March 2015, Robert specializes in certified business valuations for various legal and corporate scenarios. Additionally, Robert is the co-founder and President of Prox Devices, Inc., and has held key business development roles at Millican Pecan Company and ListingBidder. Robert's previous experience includes serving as Interim Vice-President and CFO for Metro Ag Energy, Inc., and as President and VP of Finance for Nu-parts Automotive Products, Inc. Robert holds multiple BS degrees in Accounting, Finance, MIS, and General Business from the University of Arizona.
