Paola Bailey has a diverse work experience with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development. Paola started their career as the Founder of a jewelry company, Topacio Accesorios, where they successfully expanded the business and increased sales by 60% year over year. Paola then worked as a Procurement Intern at Cencosud S.A., where they demonstrated strong logistics skills and implemented cost-saving initiatives, resulting in a 22% reduction in delivery time and a 17% savings in purchase orders. Paola also collaborated with vendors to achieve the best prices on marketing materials and office equipment. Following this, Paola joined Endorsify as a Community Manager, where they connected multinational brands with influencers in the Hispanic/Latin market and provided real-time feedback to management. Currently, they are working as an International Junior Account Manager at Million Dollar Baby Co., where they provide comprehensive product information, identifies potential clients in Latin America, and supports the transition of Canadian sales representatives.

Paola Bailey completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in International Business Management from Universidad del Rosario in 2017.
