Charlotte Roussel

Charlotte Roussel has extensive experience in performance marketing and product strategy, currently serving as the Director of Performance & Product Strategy at Million Ventures since February 2021. Prior to this role, Charlotte founded Studio CR, a ceramic studio, from December 2020 to June 2023. Charlotte's earlier career includes significant positions at Lamudi, where responsibilities included Head of Performance Marketing and Business Intelligence as well as Senior Performance Marketing Manager from January 2015 to October 2020. Additional experience was gained at Rocket Internet GmbH as an Online Marketing Junior Manager and previously as an Assistant SEO/Media, along with roles at Team2Venture GmbH and Home24. Charlotte began professional development in marketing and management with a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from ESC La Rochelle from 2009 to 2012, complemented by preparatory courses and a scientific high school diploma.
