Pauline Dissake

Pauline Dissake is an experienced Portfolio Manager at MilliporeSigma since November 2020, responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio plan for software products while identifying constraints and resource needs. As a DEIB Champion, Pauline facilitates discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through a book club. In the role of Lean-Agile Lead, Pauline has driven organizational transformation towards Lean Portfolio Management and promotes continuous improvement across Agile teams. With previous experience as a Solution Train Engineer and a Sr. Project Manager at Connection, Pauline has managed complex projects in various domains, including UCaaS and infrastructure. Earlier roles include Project Manager at MilliporeSigma and French Research and Data Specialist at Google, complemented by advanced degrees in Applied Project Management and an MBA in Purchasing & Industrial Marketing.
