Jonathan is a partner in our corporate team who specialises in mergers and acquisitions, investment and fundraising, and other related transactions. Jonathan’s clients including private and listed companies, PE houses and operator groups.

Jonathan’s team takes the time to get know our clients’ businesses, ensuring they understand underlying drivers and commercial ambitions so can work effectively to achieve a successful outcome. A recent highlight for Jonathan was acting on the sale of the Knightsbridge School to the Dukes Education Group. Jonathan and his team worked closely with the school’s management team, visiting the school in London on a number of occasions to help work through the process while ensuring that the sellers were protected at all times by overcoming potential deal obstacles. Jonathan continues to represent sellers of the school on other investments.
