Joey Lee

Joey Lee currently serves as the Director of Communications and Community Engagement at Millsaps College, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Joey was the Senior Marketing and Communication Manager at HORNE from April 2022 to March 2023, where oversight included all external communications and public relations, along with leading a team in the production of over 50 original content pieces in 2022. From October 2008 to April 2022, Joey held the role of Manager of Mississippi Communications at Entergy Mississippi, Inc., where leadership of a media relations team contributed to consistently high customer satisfaction scores. Earlier positions included Vice President at GodwinGroup, focusing on crisis communications and strategic consulting, and President of Allison's 150, achieving significant fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Joey holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University.
