Stacey Gaines

Stacey Gaines is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Millsaps College since June 2023. Previously, Stacey held various positions at HORNE, including Director of Marketing & Communication, where responsibilities encompassed leading marketing initiatives from December 2016 to June 2023. At the Mississippi Development Authority, from 2002 to December 2016, Stacey functioned as Senior Brand Manager/Bureau Manager, overseeing branding and digital strategy within the Marketing & Communications Division. Earlier experiences include serving as Creative Director at Morrison Design & Marketing from 1993 to 2016, and as Communications Director at Christ United Methodist Church from 2003 to 2012. Additional roles include Senior Art Director at Godwin Group, Graphic Artist at Quality Printing, and Graphic Artist at Bellsouth Advertising and Publishing. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Auburn University.
