Katie Kafarakis

Katie Kafarakis is an experienced professional in the fields of construction management and proposal operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Millstone Management Group since July 2020, Katie oversees a full-service commercial general contracting firm that caters to various industries, including retail, education, and industrial sectors. Prior to this role, Katie held multiple positions at Axon, including Director of Sales Operations, where leadership of proposal teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Client Services at IWS and various positions in marketing, social media, and project management across agencies and client-based consulting. Katie Kafarakis holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Kent State University.
