Vicki Hughes

Vicki Hughes has a rich work experience in the field of quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Vicki started their career at Springborn Laboratories in 1992 as a Chemistry Technician before becoming a QA Specialist. Vicki then worked at Copley Pharmaceuticals, initially as a QC Compliance Specialist and later as a QA Documentation Supervisor. In 2000, Vicki joined Dow Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing as a QA Supervisor. Vicki then moved on to Amgen in 2004, where they served as QA Documentation Manager. In 2007, they joined Alexion Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director of Quality Systems, staying with the company until 2010. Vicki's next role was at Olympus Biotech in 2011 as a QA Manager. Currently, they hold the positions of Vice President of Quality Systems at Millstone Medical Outsourcing and Senior Vice President of QA/RA, starting in 2012.

Vicki Hughes completed a Mini-MBA at Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bridgewater State University between 1990 and 1994.
