Andrew Schuster

Andrew Schuster is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in test engineering and product management. Since January 1998, Andrew has served as the Test Engineering Manager at Milsco Manufacturing Company, coordinating test engineering activities for motorcycle and recreational vehicle seating systems. Prior to this role, Andrew managed an $18 million business unit focused on aftermarket motorcycle seating and accessories, overseeing product development and marketing. Before joining Milsco, Andrew spent over six years at General Motors, where responsibilities included managing laboratory operations and conducting complex engineering analyses for vehicle components and systems. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution.
