Cary Hamar has extensive work experience in various industries. Cary started working at Milsoft Utility Solutions in 2014 and held multiple roles including Installer/Quality Assurance Technician, QA Director, Director of QA and Support, and currently serves as the VP Customer Service and Support. Prior to that, Hamar worked at Drillright Technology as a MWD Technician from 2012 to 2013. Cary also served in the United States Air Force for many years, holding roles such as Avionics Systems Craftsman, B-1B Avionics Systems Instructor, Computer Systems Manager, E-3 AWACS Flight Engineer, E-3 AWACS Initial Qualification Instructor Flight Engineer, Flight Safety Program Manager, and E-3 AWACS Standardization & Evaluation Flight Engineer from 1992 to 2012.
Cary Hamar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education with a focus on Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University between 2001 and 2003. During this time, they also attended Vernon College in 2003, where they studied LAN Design and Protocols, Basic Router Configuration, and LAN Management.
In addition to their college education, Hamar earned multiple Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. Cary received an A.A.S. in Aviation Operations in 2005, one in Instructor of Technology and Military Science in 2002, and another in Avionic Systems Technology in 2001.
Hamar also obtained several certifications. Cary became an Occupational Instructor through the USAF in April 2004. In July 2013, they received the DOT 49 CFR - Hazardous Materials by Ground certification from Cargo Training International. Furthermore, they achieved the B-1B Airworthiness Inspector (Red X Certified) certification from the USAF in 1997.
