Natalie Perrault

Natalie Perrault is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in training, management, and human resources. Currently serving as a Service Systems Trainer at Milton CAT since June 2024, Natalie previously held the position of Area Manager at AlphaBEST Education, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2024, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and managing over 30 staff members across multiple sites in Rhode Island. Natalie's leadership was further demonstrated as Site Director of the largest before and after school care program in Cumberland, RI, overseeing care for more than 130 families and managing a team of 15. Additionally, Natalie gained initial experience as a Human Resources Intern at the PACE Organization of Rhode Island, supporting organizational tasks and scheduling. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Rhode Island College, earned in 2018.
