Alex Papadopulos

Alex Papadopulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Alex started their career as an Intern at the City of Cleveland's Office of Sustainability in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Great Lakes Energy Institute. In 2010, they joined The Timken Company's Steel Business Associate program, where they gained experience in manufacturing, operations, and support roles within Timken's steel manufacturing facilities. During this time, they completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and assisted in implementing production initiatives.

In 2010, Alex also joined TimkenSteel Corporation as a Process Improvement Engineer, where they worked until 2014. Alex then transitioned to Soundwich, Inc., where they held various roles including Manufacturing Process Engineer, Process Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and General Manager. In January 2016, they took on the responsibility of establishing and growing a process engineering department at Soundwich, leading design and installation of new manufacturing processes and equipment, managing projects and executing operational improvement initiatives, and implementing an ERP system.

In November 2020, Alex became the President & Chief Executive Officer of Soundwich, Inc. Overall, Alex Papadopulos has demonstrated expertise in process engineering, manufacturing operations, project management, and leadership.

Alex Papadopulos completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Case Western Reserve University from 2006 to 2010. Alex Papadopulos also attended Canton McKinley Senior High School from 2002 to 2006.
