Anne Allen FCIPD completed their O and A Levels at Lady Verney High School. Anne then pursued a BA Hons in English at the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1989 to 1992. Subsequently, they obtained a Postgraduate diploma in HR Management from Oxford Brookes University from 1995 to 1997. In 2010, they received a certification from Thomas International, and in 2008, they obtained another certification from SHL. Additionally, Anne acquired a certification in Safe Return to Work (COVID-19) from City & Guilds in 2020 and became a Jobvite Hire Certified Expert in 2015.
