Lisa Kelly

Lisa Kelly is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Children's Services at Milton Keynes Council, a position held since September 2019. In this role, Lisa provides expert HR guidance to senior management on employee management, policy, and legal compliance within the realm of children’s social care. Prior to this, Lisa was the Assistant HR Business Partner for Schools at the same council, offering strategic HR advice to educational leaders. Between 1997 and January 2019, Lisa held various roles at BT, including Senior Internal Communications Consultant and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing corporate communications and developing HR strategies for public service call centers. Lisa holds a CIPD in HR from the University of Luton and a BSc (Hons) in Business and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
