Charles H Schluter

Charles H Schluter has had a long and distinguished career in the military and in the private sector. Charles H began their career in the US Army in 1966, and then joined the Army National Guard in 1965 as a Colonel in the Army Corps of Engineers. In 1999, they began work at SkillSoft as the Army eLearning Manager. In 2002, they became the Director of AZ ESGR Employer Outreach, a DOD organization comprised of volunteers that provides free education, consultation, and mediation for employers of Guard and Reserve members. In 2005, they became the Program Manager for Army eLearning at MilVets Systems Technologies, Inc. Finally, in 2009, they took on an honorary volunteer position as Board Member and Past President of the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame.

Charles H Schluter attended Eastern Connecticut State University from 1980 to 1984 and the US Army Command & General Staff College from 1982 to 1984.
