Marcus Brewer

Marcus Brewer is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in management. Currently serving as Senior Banquets Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Milwaukee Athletic Club since February 2022, Marcus has previously held the position of General Manager at Central Standard Craft Distillery from June 2021 to February 2022, and at La Fogata Mexican Grill from July 2019 to November 2020. Additionally, Marcus gained significant experience as a Manager at Texas Roadhouse from August 2000 to April 2019. Marcus Brewer is an alumnus of Millikin University and also attended Richards High School.
