Kelly Bolter

Kelly Bolter is a Library Services Manager at Milwaukee Public Library and was previously a Librarian at Waukesha Public Library. Kelly also has experience as an Intern in Research and Instructional Services at Marquette University. Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Marquette University.
