Jordan Zgrabik has a diverse work experience history. Jordan began their career as a Curatorial Intern at the Western Reserve Historical Society in 2011. Jordan then transitioned to teaching positions, serving as a Middle School Teacher at Holy Family Catholic Schools from 2014 to 2016 and at St. Columbkille Catholic School from 2016 to 2017. Jordan then moved into the education program coordination field, working as an Education Program Coordinator at Hale Farm & Village from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined MIM Software Inc., where they have held various roles, including Site Development Manager from 2019 to 2021, Clinical Support Engineer I from 2018 to 2021, and Clinical Support Engineer II starting in 2021. Jordan currently holds the position of Senior Workflow Services Engineer at MIM Software Inc., a role they have held since 2023.
