Dalton Licause

Dalton Licause is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development. Currently, Dalton is employed at Mimecast since October 2024, following a tenure at Aware (now part of Mimecast) from September 2022 to October 2024, where Dalton held the positions of Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer II. Prior to that, Dalton served as Lead Software Engineer at Heypex Global from July 2020 to June 2022, and was involved with Collective Bias from November 2015 to July 2020, working as a Software Engineer and Jr. Front End Web Developer on an innovative platform that connects influencer content with targeted audiences. Dalton's earlier experience includes roles as an Event Specialist at Advantage Sales & Marketing and a Sales Consultant at Best Buy. Dalton holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Digital Arts from NorthWest Arkansas Community College, completed in 2015.
