Will O'Keeffe

Will O'Keeffe serves as the Vice President of Global Support at Mimecast since January 2023. Previously, Will held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at project44 and has extensive experience in leadership roles at Rapid7, Acquia, Oracle, and ATG, where responsibilities included customer support, operations management, and service delivery. Will began a career at NaviSite as Director of Customer Services and Application Management and worked as a Principal at PRTM. Educationally, Will holds a Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University.
