Adam Oothoudt

Adam Oothoudt has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Adam started their career as an Audit Intern at Elliott Davis Decosimo in 2015. From there, they joined MiMedx in 2016 as a Financial Analyst and gradually progressed to roles with increasing responsibility, including Senior Financial Analyst, Manager, Finance, Director, Finance, and currently holds the position of Senior Director, Finance. In their current role, Adam's main responsibilities include financial planning, financial reporting and analysis, SEC reporting and month-end close support, mergers and acquisitions and business development support, and business partnering. Adam works closely with all levels of staff throughout the organization to improve decision making and allocate capital effectively.

Adam Oothoudt completed their education with a Master of Accounting degree from Kennesaw State University in 2016, specializing in Financial Reporting & Auditing. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Adam obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from MiMedx in 2021.
