Jessica

Jessica (Lê Nguyễn Trung Nguyên) is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the education sector. Currently serving as CEO & General Principal at Victoria School since December 2022, Jessica also co-founded Mind Coach Vietnam in 2015, focusing on community coaching and training, and MAGIC MIND VIETNAM, which develops critical thinking skills in students. Previous positions include Vice President at Hoa Sen University and Managing Director at UK Academy International School, where Jessica oversaw new school setups and operations. With a background as COO of AMA Vietnam and Managing Director of Mathnasium Vietnam, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in business development and operational management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Educational Management and Leadership from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s in Physics Teacher Education from HCM Education University.
