Truong Tinh Ha

Truong Tinh Ha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and organizational development. As the Founder and Managing Director of Mind Coach Vietnam since 2016, Truong specializes in providing coaching solutions to enhance mindset, emotional management, and leadership development. Previously, Truong served as the Head of People & Culture at Rever, a leading technology company in real estate brokerage, and held roles with the International Coaching Federation as a certified coach. Additionally, Truong has founded the Professional Coaching Network to support coaching practitioners and co-founded Magic Mind Vietnam, an initiative focused on educating children in effective thinking strategies. Other significant roles include certified trainer at Dale Carnegie Vietnam, training manager at VNG Corporation, and student affairs manager at Lawrence S.Ting school, along with academic experience as a university lecturer. Truong holds multiple degrees in education and physics from prestigious universities in Vietnam and France.
