Crystal Metcalfe

Crystal Metcalfe is MindGym’s EMEA Managing Director and joined us in June 2022. She is an expert in leading and nurturing large teams located across multiple territories, all while driving commercial growth and cultural transformation for clients. Previously, Crystal joined RGP in 2016 and served as UK Managing Director for five years before being appointed as Regional Vice President. Prior to joining RGP, Crystal has worked for companies including Hitachi and Arthur Andersen.
