Jessie ZHU has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Summer Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2005. They then worked as an Intern Business Analyst at Bain & Company. Following this, they joined HSBC as an Analyst in Debt Syndicate & Capital Advisory before being promoted to Associate Director in the Financing Solutions Group. In 2016, they transitioned to Imperial College Business School, where they served as a Career & Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. In 2018, Jessie ZHU joined London Business School, initially as the Career & Professional Development Programme Lead before becoming the Learning Director for Executive Education. Recently, they have been working as an Independent Consultant, specializing in Learning & Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Facilitation. Currently, they hold the position of Solutions Strategy Director at MindGym, a company that focuses on behavioral change and equipping companies for the future.

Jessie Zhu holds a Master's Degree in MSc Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Masters in Finance from the London Business School. Jessie'sBachelor's Degree is in Economics, with a focus on International Finance, from Fudan University, where they graduated with honors. Additionally, they have obtained the Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation and various coaching-related certifications from the Animas Centre for Coaching, including Existential Coaching, Group Coaching, Small Business Coaching, and a Diploma in Personal Transformation Coaching. Jessie is also a Certified MBTI Practitioner, certified by OPP. Furthermore, Jessie has passed all three levels of the CFA exams and holds the Passed CFA Level 3 designation from the CFA Institute. Finally, they are a Strengthscope Certified Practitioner, certified by Strengths Partnership Ltd.
