Flávio Rocha

Flávio Rocha is an experienced Scrum Master at Mind Source since December 2022, specializing in agile project management and facilitating Scrum ceremonies while promoting agile culture within teams. Additionally, Flávio serves as a Team Lead in a voluntary capacity at SouJunior and has a background as a financial consultant from November 2015 to November 2021. Flávio's career began at Banco Santander in August 2006 as a service coordinator, following a role as a loan promoter at A7 Virtual and a cashier at Globex Utilidades. Flávio holds an MBA in Technology from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and a degree in Banking Administration from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo.
