In 2015, they were a Business Analyst for AST IT Services Pvt Ltd, where they had good domain knowledge in CRM, Sales, POS, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting, Budget Management in construction industries, Manufacturing, HR, Project Management, Maintenance, Customer Support, and Administration. Manikandan was also responsible for preparing Project Plans, Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, and Matching Business Requirements with software. In 2017, they joined Mind Spark Technologies LLP - Web Application Development Company Orlando, FL, USA, India, Swiss as a Project Manager, Senior Functional Consultant, and Functional Analyst.
