Massimo Longo is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as President and Founder of PM ONTOP CONSULTING S.R.L. since January 2023, Massimo focuses on organizational and people growth through tailored management systems and training. In addition to coaching and training in project and risk management at Cegos Italia and Cineas, respectively, Massimo is the Head Manager of the Academy of Project Management at Mind The Value, recognized for excellence in Italy. Massimo has held significant roles with the European Commission as a Senior Program Management Consultant and Senior Risk Analyst Manager, contributing to a multi-billion euro program in the nuclear sector. With a diverse educational background, including degrees from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and SDA Bocconi, Massimo combines expertise in engineering and project management to drive successful outcomes in various initiatives.
