Joa Robins CPCC ACC has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1995, Joa worked as a Project Manager at Bell and Howell until 1998. They then moved on to HEAT Software, serving as a Project Manager for large projects involving cross-team coordination with clients such as Pret a Manger and the Bank of England until 2003.

In 2003, they joined Scope as a Ways into Work Coordinator, supporting disabled individuals in finding employment. From 2004 to 2007, Joa founded and managed Graft, a charity focused on supporting disabled people in finding work.

In 2007, Joa attended The Coaches Training Institute and obtained a degree in Coaching, specializing in Leadership. The following year, in 2008, they also completed the Co-Active Coaching Foundation and Certification program from the same institution.

Prior to that, from 1991 to 1994, Joa pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business from La Martiniere-Terreaux in Lyon, France.

Between 1989 and 1991, they studied at The Henley College, focusing on A Levels in Psychology, French, and Geography.

Joa also received additional certifications to enhance their coaching expertise. In 2007, they obtained the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Co-Active Training Institute. Recently, in January 2021, they achieved the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
