Joseph Di Stefano, CVPCC, PCC

Joseph Di Stefano has extensive experience in leadership coaching and business consulting. Joseph currently works at the Strategic Leadership Academy as a Certified Performance / Leadership Coach, Instructor, and Business Consultant. In this role, they help individuals with performance, life, and career management by guiding them in setting and refining goals.

Since 2019, Joseph has also been serving as a Performance / Leadership Coach at BetterUp.

At the Community College of Philadelphia, Joseph is an Adjunct Instructor for Coaching. Along with a colleague, they designed and teaches the Coaching Curriculum at The School of Corporate Solutions.

Earlier in their career, Joseph held positions such as Sr. Account Executive at Dimension Data and Account Manager at IBM Global Services. At IBM, they were involved in business development, marketing services to clients in the Communication Sector, and overseeing service delivery teams.

Before joining IBM, Joseph was the Eastern Regional Director of Professional Services at Viasoft, Inc. Joseph was responsible for establishing and managing a regional professional services organization and expanding into the Federal Government market.

Joseph Di Stefano has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern University. In 2002, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for Organizational Leadership. In 2018, Joseph obtained their CVPCC, PCC degree in Performance Coaching from CoachVille: Center for Coaching Mastery. Joseph also holds additional certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation, and certifications from Cisco, IBM, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
